Policies

Our goal at Sakura Bloom is for you to use and love your sling. Please remember that it may take a few days or even a week or so for you and your baby to learn how to comfortably use your sling. If you need help getting comfortable in your sling, please do not hesitate to contact us.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a one-time exchange for store credit. To qualify for an exchange, you must meet the following requirements:

•    Slings must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Sakura Bloom provides postal tracking for all slings, so this will be easy for you to determine.
•    Slings must be new and unused.
•    Slings must have original tags attached, and be in their original packaging.
•    Slings must be purchases directly from the Sakura Bloom website. Proof of purchase is required. We are unable to exchange slings purchased from other vendors.

Please note: Sale slings are final sale.

How to Exchange Your New Sling for Store Credit

1. Read our Return Policy above to determine if your purchase qualifies for an exchange. If yes, follow the instructions below.
2. To start the process of request an exchange of one or more items in an order, login to your account and navigate to My Account.
3. Navigate to the Completed Orders section and click on the Return Item(s) button.
4. In the next screen select the products you want to return using the Qty. to Return drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason. Click on Submit Return Request.
5. You will receive a return email within 2 business days of your request.
6. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email and a Return Number (find this in the Return Requests section under My Account).
7. Ensure your Returns Number is clearly marked on the package. Upon our receipt of your package, a store credit will be added to your Sakura Bloom account for the full purchase price minus any shipping fees. You may use that credit to purchase anything for sale on the Sakura Bloom website. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and other payments through Paypal.

Shipping

Domestic: We ship via the USPS and UPS. All shipping is calculated by the USPS or UPS based on your shipping location.
International: We ship via the USPS. All shipping is calculated by the USPS based on your shipping location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Privacy

All information you provide to us is solely for use by Sakura Bloom. We do not share any of your information with anyone—ever. All your information is encrypted and we keep it safe.

WARRANTY

All Sakura Bloom products purchased directly from the Sakura Bloom website or one of our authorized Sakura Bloom retailers carry a full one-year warranty on manufacture defects from the date of purchase. Due to the nature of natural fibers and hand-woven products this warranty does not include fabric fading, normal wear and tear, common slubs present in the weave of the fabric, snags or rips in the fabric from outside forces, or small differences in the measurement of the product. *Sakura Bloom products purchased second hand are not covered under this warranty.

How to inquire about a warranty issue:

Product was purchased directly from the Sakura Bloom website:

1. Read our warranty above to determine if your inquiry falls under warranty. If yes, follow the instructions below.
2. To log a warranty inquiry, login to your account on our website and navigate to My Account.
3. Navigate to the Completed Orders section and click on the Return Item(s) button. It is ok that this may not be a return request, it is just the language our site uses.
4. In the next screen select the product you are inquiring about using the Qty. to Return drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason. Click on Submit Return Request.
5. You will receive a return email within 2 business days of your request.

Product was purchased from an authorised Sakura Bloom retailer:

If you purchased your product through an authorised Sakura Bloom retailer, please contact that retailer to log your warranty inquiry. We will work directly with the retailer. Thank you.
