Return Policy

Our goal at Sakura Bloom is for you to use and love your sling. Please remember that it may take a few days or even a week or so for you and your baby to learn how to comfortably use your sling. If you need help with your sling, please do not hesitate to contact us at retail@sakurabloom.com. We offer a one-time exchange or store credit for new and unused slings in their original packaging within two weeks of receipt of sling. Custom and one of a kind slings are final sale. If your sling arrives damaged, please contact us to arrange an exchange.



We accept all major credit cards and other payments through Paypal.


Domestic: We ship via the USPS and UPS.  All shipping is calculated by the USPS or UPS based on your shipping location.

International: We ship via the USPS.  All shipping is calculated by the USPS based on your shipping location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


All information you provide to us is solely for use by Sakura Bloom. We do not share any of your information with anyone—ever. All your information is encrypted and we keep it safe.


Sakura Bloom is not responsible for any injuries related to use of your sling. Please read and follow our safety instructions. Use common sense and care when wearing your sling.
