Making sure that the inside rail is pulled high against your chest, place your baby in the sling bottom first and sling to secure them (You can also put your baby in feet first if that is more comfortable for you and baby.) | ![]() |

Your baby's body should be fully supported by the fabric of the sling. The closer the baby's head is to the rings (and the higher the rings are on your shoulder), the more upright the baby will be. Younger babies will be cradled in this position while older babies may be comfortable in a sitting position. | ![]() |

Reversed Cradle The head typically goes on the side nearest the rings but it can also go the other way if one prefers. This is a wonderful position for nursing your little one. |
